What is the Mr. Rogers "Method"?

I would watch Mr. Rogers Neighborhood every weekday morning as a child. My sisters would leave for school, the house would be quiet, and I would absorb his words. It was always very clear to me how intentional he was with his words and his actions. I've always admired him and if he had a parenting "Method", here would be six of the key points.
